"Bags came out faster than I expected"
I flew JetBlue recently and checked a couple of bags. They both showed up fine, and they came out at baggage claim quicker than I thought they would. One of them had a fragile tag on it, and it seemed like it was handled well—no dents or anything that I noticed. I was kind of expecting it to take longer for some reason, but it ended up being smooth.

"i had to cancel a flight and..."
i had to cancel a flight and at first they gave me travel credit instead of an actual refund, which was a little frustrating. the credit did show up in my account after a few days, but the details around how to use it weren’t super clear. customer service did help in the end, i just had to wait longer than i hoped. not the worst experience, but it could definitely be smoother.

"A surprisingly comfortable JetBlue flight"
I flew JetBlue last week, and it stuck with me in a really nice way. I remember settling into my seat and feeling this little wave of relief because it was roomier than I expected, and I didn’t have that cramped, knees-up feeling I sometimes dread on flights.
The free wifi and seatback screen made the time pass so easily, and it felt comforting to just snack, sip a drink, and zone out for a while. Nothing was overly fancy, but the whole flight felt smooth, easy, and genuinely comfortable. I’d definitely fly with them again.

"Decent help, but I felt a bit dismissed at first"
I had to change my flight at the last minute, so I reached out to JetBlue support. The wait wasn’t too bad, but at first I felt a little dismissed, like they were trying to move me along quickly instead of hearing out how stressful the situation was. Once we got into the details, though, the person helping me was nice and explained the fees clearly. It still made a rough day easier in the end, and I’d probably fly with them again

"It’s okay when the flights are on time..."
It’s okay when the flights are on time, and maybe I’m a little less patient because I’m usually already tired or rushing when I travel, but the delays were just too much. One of my connections even got canceled, which really threw off my whole trip.

"Glad I Didn’t Waste Time Booking"
Booking my flight on the JetBlue site was really easy. I got it done quickly, the payment went through without any issues, and I didn’t feel like I was risking losing a good fare by messing around with a confusing website
